Three waves ....
Sirena by Neo Management’s purpose is to contribute to the survival, preservation and regeneration of the ocean, the cradle of life on earth.
Our mission is to support you in the ecological and energetic transformation of the Maritime sector through three waves: transformation, innovation and kindness.
Transformation Wave
If you want to set yourself a course for ambitious transformation, “Transformation Wave” is for you.
With our partner consultants, experts and industry network, we can provide you with comprehensive support.
Innovation Wave
If you want to transform your industrial processes to limit your impact on the ocean, which is the source of our overall well-being in terms of use, we can support you with hybrid projects.
Kindness Wave
Because alone we go faster, but together we go further, this wave is here to help your teams collaborate on individual and collective transformation projects. Facilitation, coaching and personal development are our key tools.
