Methodology and associated teaching sequence

This training module has been tailor-made to meet specific customer needs, and leverages the trainer’s operational know-how.

The main sequences have been defined:

  • Sequence 1 – What is sustainable development? Including a carbon footprint quiz
  • Sequence 2 – What about Corporate Responsibility? With a know-how transfer approach
  • Sequence 3 – ISO 26000 – with a pedagogical approach based on exchange and knowledge sharing
  • Sequence 4 – Presentation of examples of effective CSR implementation applied to the company.
  • Sequence 5 – A nature animation during the meal to encourage the emergence of a creative context
  • Sequence 6 – Group work on initiatives to be developed in world café mode. Groups are asked to reflect on initiatives to be implemented on key issues: environment, human rights, anchoring and consumers/members.
  • Sequence 7 – Collective vote and debriefing of selected ideas – the group experiments with consensus and collective acceptance.
  • Sequence 8 – Facilitated by the trainer, trainees debrief their day and express their commitment to continuing the process on their own.

This section also enables the trainer to carry out assessments of learning outcomes and expectations.
